Osseointegration and structural integrity
Covers implant failure during osseointegration, structural fracture of the implant itself, and abutment failure under normal loading conditions. Conditions include no smoking, proper hygiene, and annual review with a dentist. If an implant fails under covered conditions, Andent Clinic replaces it at no cost to the patient including travel arrangements back to Tirana.
Ceramic integrity and cementation
Covers chipping, cracking, or fracture of the ceramic under normal bite forces, and debonding of the crown from the prepared tooth. Does not cover fracture caused by untreated bruxism without an occlusal guard, or trauma from direct impact. If a covered failure occurs, a replacement crown is fabricated and fitted.
