After having a bad experience with another dental clinic, I was understandably worried and disappointed. I travelled all the way from the UK to Andent, and honestly, I couldn’t have made a better decision.

From the moment I arrived, the team took care of me straight away. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, caring, and attentive. They didn’t leave me waiting or make me feel like just another patient. They listened to me, understood my situation, and made me feel that I was finally in the right hands.

The level of care, professionalism, and attention I received was beyond my expectations. It’s not just about the dental treatment itself; it’s about how a team treats you as a person, how they make you feel comfortable, and how much they genuinely care. Andent absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way.

After my previous experience, they gave me a reason to feel confident again and reminded me that there are still clinics that truly put their patients first.

I travelled from the UK, and I would do it all over again without hesitation. I’m genuinely grateful to the entire Andent team for looking after me so well. You have earned my trust and my highest recommendation.

I came to Tirana for dental work and I’m so happy I chose Andent Dental Clinic.

What I really appreciated is that you’re not paying for a flashy, luxurious marble clinic — although the clinic itself is very nice! What you’re paying for is professionalism, excellent-quality materials and brands, and, above all, a team that makes you feel completely at home with their friendliness and warmth.

A massive thank you to Alba, who was my first point of contact while I was still at home, to Silvana at reception, Dr Anduela, and especially Ilva, my doctor. She was incredibly patient with me, listened to what I wanted and gave me the best smile I could ever have imagined.

Voglio ringraziare di cuore tutto lo staff della clinica per la professionalità, la gentilezza e l’attenzione che mi hanno dimostrato.

Sono arrivata con un po’ di paura e tanta ansia, perché affrontare un intervento così importante non è semplice. Fin dal primo momento, però, mi sono sentita seguita e rassicurata. Durante l’intervento non ho sentito assolutamente nulla e tutto è andato bene.

Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità, la pazienza e il modo in cui mi hanno accompagnata in questo percorso, facendomi sentire in buone mani.

Ora sono nella fase di recupero e sono felice di aver fatto questa scelta. ❤️

Sono Giovanna, e la mia prima fase del lavoro, si è conclusa Sabato.
Mi sono trovata talmente bene con tutto il team Andent, che mi sento di ringraziare davvero tutti.
Cominciando da Elona❤️, persona MERAVIGLIOSA, che è stata il primo contatto che ho avuto con la clinica, e grazie alla quale ho poi scelto di affidarmi ad  Andent Clinic .
Continuo poi con Silvana, figura fondamentale per i pazienti, sempre disponibile e sorridente, per qualsiasi cosa c'è Silvana 🥰grazie di cuore.
Il dottor Laurent, chirurgo implantologo...e non solo😅, medico fantastico, competente professionale, molto empatico e tanto paziente😅😅😅. È riuscito a farmi sorridere e stare serena nonostante il grosso intervento che mi stava eseguendo. Ha sempre, con pazienza, dissipato i miei dubbi,e soddisfatto tutte le mie richieste sulle modifiche estetiche ai miei denti provvisori.
La dottoressa Anduela, che dire...donna dolcissima, professionale, competente, sempre presente durante tutti i lavori e nonostante la mole di lavoro tutto il giorno tutti i giorni nella clinica.
Ilva, Ira, Iva e tutti gli altri dottori (chiedo scusa se non ricordo tutti nomi 😅), tutti davvero sempre gentili, pazienti e competenti.
Insomma, sono davvero felice della scelta fatta, dopo una ricerca molto intensa, avevo contattato circa 7/8 cliniche, e del lavoro che ho fatto. Non vedo l'ora di tornare per mettere i denti definitivi, e per rivedere tutto il team, che mi ha fatto sentire come in famiglia e che ha reso questa esperienza, che poteva essere pesante e traumatica, una bella esperienza piacevole.

Sono appena rientrata da Tirana ed ho avuto Esperienza eccezionale e totalmente indolore!
Ho appena eseguito un trattamento importante presso la Clinica Andent, dove mi sono sottoposto all'inserimento di ben 12 impianti dentali e a un intervento di rigenerazione ossea con la dottoressa Anduela. Inizialmente l'idea di affrontare un percorso così complesso mi spaventava, ma l'intera esperienza si è rivelata eccezionale.
La dottoressa e tutto lo staff si sono dimostrati straordinariamente professionali, accoglienti e attenti a ogni dettaglio. La cosa che mi ha sorpreso di più è stata la totale assenza di dolore durante le procedure e un recupero praticamente immediato nei giorni successivi, senza alcun fastidio.

I was quite sceptical about travelling to Tirana for dental work, but Andent Clinic completely exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The experience was outstanding at every stage — from my first contact in the UK, to meeting Anduela for my consultation, to the exceptional care from Ira. Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

What really stood out was Anduela's integrity; she advised me against procedures I didn't need, ones that would have earned the clinic more money, choosing my genuine wellbeing over profit. That kind of honesty put me completely at ease.

Ira, my dentist, was gentle, kind, and reassuring, with a warm smile that made the whole visit feel comfortable rather than clinical. Every single member of staff was friendly and made me feel at home.

Mi sono trovato molto bene da Andent. Ho apprezzato soprattutto la disponibilità della Dott.ssa Anduela, che mi ha spiegato con calma il trattamento e risposto a tutte le mie domande. Anche il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, e per me è stato importante poter comunicare facilmente in italiano. La clinica è moderna, pulita e ben organizzata. Ho trovato tutto il percorso, dalla visita alla pianificazione del trattamento, molto professionale e senza pressioni. Esperienza davvero positiva.
